Canada's judiciary branch is much like that of the United States'. It is a system of courts with the highest being the Supreme
Court. Other court systems are the Federal Court, Court Marshall Appeal, and other provincial courts. The Federal court hears
trials on claims against the government, which could bereferred to the Supreme Court. The Court Marshall Appeal court hears
military related appeals. The Federal Court of Appeal is another court system that hears the apeals from the Tax Court and
Federal Court in Canada.
